About the License

This font is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Saemoon Creative.
By downloading, installing, or using this font, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.

Usage Restrictions — You Are Not Allowed To:

  • Transfer your license rights to any other party unless expressly stated in this agreement.
    If you intend to transfer usage rights to another individual or organization, the recipient must agree to all the same license terms, and you must delete all copies of the font in your possession.

  • Rent, lend, sublicense, or redistribute the font, either directly or indirectly, unless explicitly permitted in writing by Saemoon Creative.

  • Modify, edit, or rename the font, in whole or in part.
    Creating derivative versions, adding, or removing elements from the font is prohibited.
    You may only convert the font to outlines (convert to path) within design software such as Illustrator for visual artwork purposes — not for creating a new font.

  • Embed the font in applications, websites, or software that allow others to download or extract the font without a valid license.
    Embedding is allowed for display (preview) purposes only, not for redistribution.

  • Use font elements as a base for creating a new font. Any derivative work of this font is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Saemoon Creative.

 

Commercial Use

  • If you use this font for commercial purposes (branding, logos, promotions, merchandise, digital products, etc.) without purchasing a proper license, you will be required to purchase a Corporate License.

  • An apology does not resolve copyright violations. The only legitimate way to settle such a case is by purchasing the proper license according to your intended use.

  • Uploading Saemoon Creative fonts to public platforms, websites, or file-sharing links (including Google Drive) without permission will result in an additional license fee.

 

Copyright Terms

  • All copyrights for this font are fully owned by Saemoon Creative.

  • All licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid for one user only.

  • Violation of this license may lead to legal action, including content removal and financial penalties in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
